These Freedom style grips are becoming super popular and are often used for long sets of pull-ups, toes to bars and muscle-ups. The great thing is that they provide perfect grip with any type of bar.

The only problem we have is that they are slightly coarser than, for example, the grips of Victory Grips. By this we mean that they are slightly thicker than, for example, the Grips from Victory Grips & that the connection on the wrist is larger / thicker, so they cannot actually be worn without wristbands .
