Deliver

After you have carefully selected your order, you naturally want to have it in your possession immediately. At WODgear we will do everything we can to ensure that this happens as quickly as possible. As a rule, we ship orders before 4 p.m. the same day.

From that moment on, POSTnl will do everything it can to deliver your package to your home as soon as possible. If you are not at home, don't worry, your order will be delivered to your neighbors or to a collection point so that you can pick it up as soon as it suits you.

Cost

Unfortunately, we are forced to charge shipping costs up to €85 in this starting phase. For Belgium this limit is €150.

The costs for this delivery are as follows:

PostNL delivery in the Netherlands: €6.95
PostNL delivery in Belgium: €10.00

Local delivery

We will be happy to personally deliver your order within a radius of 12 km from our address! To make this go smoothly, it is easy to leave your telephone number with your order. This way we can choose a suitable delivery time.

Returns WODgear

We pack every order as attentively and carefully as possible, but it can of course happen that we make a mistake or that you are not very satisfied with your purchase. That's a shame, but not a disaster.

You have a reflection period of 14 days after receipt and during that time you can cancel your purchase without saying why. You will then be credited with your full order amount including shipping costs. In that case, the costs for returning are yours, unless we have made the mistake or the product is defective, of course. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we would like to receive the products unused and in the original packaging.

If you would like to return your order or part of it, you can contact us at info@wodgear.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 7 days when all products have arrived with us in good order.

Step-by-step plan for returning an order

  • Check whether your order meets the return conditions:
    • Within 14 days of receipt
    • Products are unused and undamaged
    • Products are still in the original packaging.
