Your personal data is processed via its website/webshop and with reference to WODgear's general terms and conditions, including provisions on delivery, payment, etc. Personal data concerns all information about a person. WODgear processes the personal data mentioned below exclusively for the purposes mentioned below:

Basis for processing personal data

WODgear processes the above-mentioned data exclusively on the basis of the following grounds as referred to in Article 6 of the GDPR:

WODgear only shares your personal data with third parties to the extent necessary for its services, taking into account the aforementioned purposes. This includes engaging distribution partners, payment data processors, IT suppliers, etc

In addition, WODgear can provide personal data to an authority with public authority, such as the justice department or the tax authorities, insofar as there is a legal obligation to do so.
