CXT-3 Trainer - Steel Blue

TYR CXT-3 Trainer

The TYR CXT-3 Trainer is the latest evolution of the popular CXT series. Lighter, more stable, and more comfortable than its predecessor, it was built for athletes who need one shoe capable of handling everything their training demands.

Whether you're hitting heavy squats, tackling box jumps, pushing sleds, or grinding through a tough MetCon, the CXT-3 delivers the perfect balance of stability, responsiveness, and comfort.

Compared to the CXT-2, the shoe has become lighter while offering even greater support. The redesigned heel structure provides more confidence during heavy lifts, while the updated breathable upper keeps your feet cooler throughout longer training sessions. Its wider anatomical fit gives your toes the space they need to move naturally and generate power.

Underfoot, TYR's proven SURGENRG™ foam delivers an energetic and responsive ride. The upgraded TYRTAC™ outsole provides exceptional grip across virtually every training surface, from gym flooring and lifting platforms to ropes and rigs.

The CXT-3 was built for athletes who refuse to choose between a stable lifting shoe and a comfortable training shoe. It's a true all-around trainer designed to excel during strength training, functional fitness, and CrossFit® workouts.
