Shipping & Delivery

After carefully selecting your order, you naturally want to receive it as quickly as possible. At WODgear, we do everything we can to make that happen. Our standard policy is: ordered before 4:00 PM = shipped the same day.

From that moment, PostNL or DHL will do everything possible to deliver your package as quickly as possible. Not home during delivery? No worries — your order will either be delivered to a neighbor or taken to a pickup point so you can collect it whenever it suits you.

Shipping Costs

In this growing phase of WODgear, we unfortunately still need to charge shipping fees for smaller orders. Free shipping thresholds vary per country and region.

Shipping Rates

  • Netherlands: €6.50 — free from €75.00
  • Germany: €8.95 — free from €150.00
  • Belgium: €10.00 — free from €125.00
  • Zone 1: €12.95 — free from €150.00
  • Zone 2: €16.95 — free from €175.00
  • Zone 3: €19.95 — free from €200.00

France, Spain, Austria, Italy, Poland, and Luxembourg

Zone 2

Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, and Denmark

Zone 3

Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Malta, Monaco, North Macedonia, and Iceland

Shipping Outside the European Union

(including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway)

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges.

The following conditions apply:

  • Orders may be subject to import duties
  • VAT may also be charged upon delivery
  • These charges are not calculated or collected by WODgear
  • The shipping carrier or local customs authorities will collect these fees
  • Any additional charges are fully the responsibility of the recipient

We recommend taking these potential costs into account before placing your order.

Returns WODgear

We carefully pack every order, but it can happen that something isn’t right or that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s unfortunate, but not a problem.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it without giving a reason. In that case, you will receive a full refund of your order amount, including shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we made a mistake or the product is faulty
  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging

If you would like to return (part of) your order, you can submit a return request via your account or contact us at info@wodgear.nl.

Once we have received the returned products in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Return Instructions

Please follow these steps:

  1. Check if your return meets the conditions:
    • Within 14 days of receipt
    • Products are unused and undamaged
    • Products are in original packaging
  2. Log in to your account and register your return
  3. You will receive a return label via MyParcel
    (return costs are at your own expense)

You are very welcome to return or exchange your order in our showroom.
